Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
-Can I change my shipping address when the order has already been placed?
Yes, please do contact us in time to change the shipping address, including your email address and phone number, we are not responsible if you can`t receive the package if the shipping address is wrong.
-Why can’t I receive my package information?
Please make sure your email is 100% correct when placing an order, we will send the order tracking status only through this email, if you leave the wrong email by accident, please contact us to modify it immediately.
-What to do if the parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?
We welcome any email about your confusion, including but not limited to order status, shipping problems even information changes, we will try our best to respond or solve your question as soon as possible. We ship all our products from our warehouse in Malaysia or China.
